Name of the Programme: Agriculture and Cuisines in Antiquity

Date: 10th -17th of August 2019 (Arrival on 10th of August Saturday – Departure on 17th of August Saturday)

Introduction:  During this programme we will not only analyse ancient practices of agriculture and cuisines on texts, but also in workshops. We will get our hands dirty both in the garden and in the kitchen. We will also be preparing meals using ancient recipes.
